Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery of their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as received;
  • Be unused and undamaged;
  • Be returned in its original packaging, when applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery, providing their order number and reason for the request.

Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

Return shipping is free of charge for all approved returns.

Refunds

We do not offer direct cash refunds. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be eligible for one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same or an equivalent product; or
  • Store credit to be used on future purchases.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total value of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return. We do not operate a final sale policy, meaning no products are excluded from return eligibility, provided they meet the return conditions listed above.
